Pursuant to 10 CFR' Part 71, you are authorized to deliver to a carrier for transport up' to 30 hoods and glove boxes containing low-level solid radio-active material in accordance with statements and representations made in your letter dated March 31, 1980, as amended April 28, June 11, and August 15,1980, subject to the conditions' stated below:

Contents:
Low-level solid radioactive material as defined in Section 71.4(g)(2) of the proposed revision' to 10 CFR Part 71 dated August 17, 1979 (44 FR 48234 - 48257).
5.
-The hoods and glove' boxes shall be of such size as not to fit into
-other approved packaging (with legs or other readily removable appendixes removed).
6.
Maximum gross weight of the package not to exceed 3,700 pounds.
7.
Package Model Nos. GE-9136-G11thru G3.are exempt from the requirem4nts of 10 CFR 871.36 only for the purpose of making these' shipments.
8.
The package authorized shall be transported on a motor vehicle assigned
..for.the sole use of.the licensee.
