Dear Ms. Helwick:
Pursuant to our letter of September 2, 1980, copies of UCLA's application for license renewal of its research reactor license, excluding that portion related to the physical security plan, and various other.docuraents related to the licensing and operation of that reactor were sent to the Licensing Board and to the Committee to Bridge the Cap.
In that letter, we indicated that when additional copies were available, we would send a set of these documents to the University.
Also enclosed is a copy of the NRC Staff response to the contentions of the Committee to Bridge the Gap.
This copy is in addition to those which have already been served on the University.
