Dear Parties:
At the early stases of tnis proceeding the Staff established local public document rooms in Harrisburg and York, Penns}laania for use by the parties.
Both of these LPDR's contain the THI-l and TMI-2 docket files and other materials which are of special interest. Althougn the Harrisburg LPDR will remain open and operational, the Staff will close the York LPDR on September 29, 1980. The TMI-l and TNI-2 docket files which have been in York will be available for use by the parties at the restart hearing.
Any party who objects tb this course of action is requested to so inform the Staff by September 24, 1980.
