y A m For The Public Document Room On September 16, 1980, at opswdmately 4:50 PM, &. John Robbins, legislative assistant to Congressman Dr. Ron Paul, telephoned me. Although substantive matters were not discussed, I am surcarizing herein that conver-sation.
Mr. Robbins inquired what had resulted from the conference held on September 15th insofar as the ACNGS proceeding was concerned. I replied that Acting Chairman Iazo had written a letter dated Septer:ber 15, 1980 to Appli-

cant's counsel, W. Neunan, and I procaadad to read the contents of that letter to &. Robbins. Mr. Robbins asked whether the Board had set another date for the hearing. I replied that this was a matter still beira considered by the Board, that I could not tell him what the Board was considering, and that, q
perhaps by Septecher 17th, ue would rerm nicate with the parties via an issuance.
&. Robbinhl advised that Dr. Paul was interested in this proceeding.
