MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (September 17, 1980)
The staff's request to file written testimony according to the schedule attached to its September 15 motion for an extension of time is granted as it relates to the testimony t,o be filed on September 25 and October 2, 1980.
The intervening parties and Commonwealth agencies may also file respective testimony in accordance with the staff's September 25 and October 2 scheduling.
We understand that the licensee has already filed all written testimony previously scheduled for September 15.
j As to the staff's request to defer filing until November 30, 1980. testimony on UCS Contention 7, Sholly Contention 6(b) and 15, and ANGRY Contentions V(B) and V(C), the motion is granted for_an indefinito extension.
