d like to urge the Comission to resume and complete GESMO.

The INFCE exercise showed - and the rest of the induqttialized world agrees that reproce.:.ing and recycle of LWR fuel should be seriously considered. The United States will have nothing to gain and, probably, a lot to lose if she is left behind and, essentially out, of the reprocessing market.
