Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION _
Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-10 Based on the inspection conducted on September 26 and October 5, 6, and 12-14, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
The noncompliance is an infraction.
Contrary to Technical Specification 3.8.C.2, the gross beta activity in the condenser cooling water discharge canal exceeded IE-7 pCi/ml during discharge of a laundry waste tank on September 16,'1977.
