" CASE's Motion For Extension Of Time In Which To Respond To Applicant's First Set Of Interrogatories To CASE And Requests To Produce." In this motion, CASE requests an extension of time of fourteen days, until Septem-ber 3,1980, to respond to " Applicants' First Set of Interrogatories to CASE and Requests to Produce," which was filed on August 1, 1980.

The NRC Staff has no objection to the requested extension.
