This is in further reply to your letter dated June.27,1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of 20 documents which you variously described.
In my previous letter to you dated July 16, 1980, you were informed that our search was continuing for your items one and two.
A copy of the item one letter only is enclosed. The attachment to the letter contained proprietary information and was a draft document.
This proprietary draft document was subsequently resubmitted as a proprietary topical report, NED0-24154P, entitled " Qualification of One-Dimensional Core Transient Model for BWRs", Volumes 1, 2, 3, and the non-proprietary version,'NE00-24154.
A copy of the NE00-24154 Report, which consists of Volumes one and two, is enclosed.
We have not located, nor have we been able to obtain a copy of, your item two document.
In conformity with our previous agreement concerning a partial waiver of fees, we have granted you a waiver of 75% of the fees involved in reproducing the 433 pages of documents enclosed.
For the document enclosed please send a check in the amount of $11.70 payable to the "U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission" along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, i;NBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
This completes action on your request.
