RESPONSE TO THE ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE COMMITMENT EXTENSION REQUEST SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT ELECTRIC GENERATING STATION
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
A comprehensive evaluation of the essential steps required to fully imp 1ement the Design Change Control Program as defined in our response to the Order to Show Cause Item #7 has revealed a need to pursue some of the details in greater depth than earlier anticipated.
Consequently, we need to modify the commitment date of August 29, 1980.
As a result, we will submit the completed information by Octo-ber 1, 1980.
