Dear Mr. Ledbetter:
This is to confirm the discussion Mr. Ashley held with Messrs. James Setser and William Cline following our review of the Division's radiation control program conducted on May 28 and 29, 1980.. The review covered the principal administrative and technical aspects of the program. This included an examination of the program's organization, administration and laboratory capabilities; environmental, radioactive waste and emergency response activities; and the status of tha Division's radioactive waste disposal regulations.-
We have no comments at this time. regarding those areas which were examined.
I appreciate the cooperation and courtesies extended by Messrs. Setser and Cline to Mr. Ashley during his visit.
