Although the Pennsylvania Public Utility Ccnmission regulates the rates charged by Metropolitan Edison Cmpany, the Nuclear Regulatory y ~
Camission regulates the safety and licensing of nuclear facilities. I have therefore taken the liberty of forwarding your letter directly to thcm.
