os ORDER f-2-72 In view of the letter of April 28, 1978 from the Chairman of the Commission to.the Chairman of the Special Board,- a copy of which was forwarded yesterday to those on the service list, the Special Board directs that the attorneys for the parties undertake further effort to reach a settlement of the special proceeding. If a new set-tiement is reached on or before Monday, May '15,1978, the attorneys '
for.the parties on or before that date should so notify the Chairman of the Special Board and should arrange with him to transmit to the Special Board within a reasonabic time an executed copy of the L
settlement agreement.
If the Chairman of the Special Board has not been informed-by Monday,- May 15, 1978, that the parties reached a settlement and
-that an executed settlement agreement would be forthcoming shortly, a conference of the attorneys with the Special Board is hereby
- scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on the following Wednesday, May 17, 1978 c4
