On occasion of the letter of January 30, 1978 from the Chairman of the Commission to the Chairman of the Special Board, a copy of which '

l has been served,on all parties of record, the Special Board hereby calls a l

L-conference of the attorneys who have entered general or special appear-ances for parties involved in the special proceeding. The purpose of the conference is to pursue the possibility of settlement of the special proceed-1 ing. Such conference is scheduled to be held at 10:00 A. AI., Wednesday, l

February 15, 1978, in Court Rcom 8, 4th Floor, United States Court House, Constitution Avenue and John Atarshan Place, N. W., Washington, D.C.

2. - Also, in keeping with the referenced letter from the Chairman l

of the Commission, the respective attorneys for the parties involved in the t

special proceeding are directed to explore among themselves prior to the scheduled conferenec whether the preferred charges in the special proceed ing might be resolved,- mooted oi otherwise disposed of without an
