ORDER POSTPONING CONFERENCE AND SETTING TnIE FOR NEW ONE

Upon receipt of the suggestion of the attorneys for the parties in the special proceeding, from their spokesman Thomas F.
Engelhardt, Esquire, the scheduled meeting for Wednesday, February 15, 1978 to pursue the possibility of settlement of the special proceeding is hereby postponed until10:00 a. m. Wednesday, March 1st,1978 at a place in Washington, D. C. to be announced later. At that time the parties will be expected to report to the Special Board the results of their exploration among themselves of the possibility of settlement, as had been prescribed by the Special Board in paragraph 2 of its Order
_c dated February 1,1978.

The Special Board hereby suspends the due dates for all filings until the scheduled meeting on March 1,1978, 9 which time said due dates will be reset if it appears in order to,do so.
