Witness Temple" dated December 30,.1976 (Memorandum).

The Staff acknowledges _ the mis-statement.
Board Exhibits 1 and 2 were not made.available to the parties. to this proceeding as of November 5, 1976. -However, the position of the Dow Michigan Division'on the Midland 4
Nucle'ar Facility was contained in Dow's notes of the Dow-Consumers meeting of September 13, 1976, specifically pages 9 through 11.
These notes were made available to the parties as of November 5,1976, so the Staff's posi-tion that all parties had adequate notice of the Dow Michigan Division position remains uncharigad.
