Intervenors move the Licensing Board for the entry of an-Order permitting the filing instanter of their."INTERVENORS' RESPONSE TO VARIOUS PENDING MOTIONS OF THE STAFF AND CONSUMERS " and " INTER-VENORS RESPONSE TO: (1) LATE-FILED AND (2) RENEWED MOTIONS OF CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY TO STRIKE PORTIONS OF DIRECT AND REBUTTAL TESTIMONY OF.DR. RICHARD J. TIMM" (due June 24, 1977 by mail, but being filed June 27, 1977 by mail).
These papers respond to a series of Consumers' and the Staff's Motions some of which are past due and others of which are not yet due.
We are filing this joint response in order-to have time and funds and it was not possible to file these papers earlier because of admin'istrative problems.
Since - all of these documents will be(before the Licensing Board prior to receipt of all the Findings, the slight delay should'_ work'no prejudice upon=anyond.
