.On May 11, 1974' the. Saginaw Group filed with the Com-
. mission a " Petition For Fees And Excenses."
Under date of May 20, 1974 t'he Commission invited the various other parties in the Show Cause proceeding to submit their views on th a Saginaw Group's Petition by June 10, 1974.

This letter is to request gf you permission to file a reply or' response _to papers to be filed by the other parties-on June-10, 1974-I am sure you realize the importance of the issue raised in the-Saginau Group's Petition and I am equally sure
_ that the conmission would like to have a complete statement' of the views of~all of the: parties prior to rendering any final decision.- As yoi know, the Saginaw Group made a similar request L
in. connection with their Motion To Clarify ALAB-123 and the Com-
' mission granted their request.
We believe a similar procedure should be followed here.
