May 24, 1974 0FFG0F ii:1 SECRETARY Michael Glaser, Esq., Chairman ~ j Atomic Safety and Licensing Board 1150 - 17th Strcot, N.W.

-h y3 Washington, D.C. 20036 Doar Mr. Glascr:

As you know, the Saginaw Group filed a Petition For Focs and Expenses with the Commission af ter first tendering such request to the Licensing Board. While the Commission has not yet acted on our Petition, it has by letter of May 20, 1974 advised the'other partie's in the Show Cause proceeding to're-spend to our Petition by June 10, 1974. In turn, we have re-quccted an opportunity to reply to those submissions.

I thought I uould advise you of these pending matters since, as you-know, our Petition requests foes and expenses in order for us to make a meaningful contribution both to the pre-trial and hearing procedures.

Sincerely, MMC:I Myron M. Cherry Attorney for cc: . Secretary, AEC'  !
