_ REPORT FOR PERIOD ~ APRIL.1 - JUNE 30,1974 As stated. in a letter, Vette.. to Thornburg, dated April 10, 1974,
-the.following information is provided regarding the Consumers Power Company report covering proposed' construction activities and
-personnel with quality related-duties for the period April 1 -
June 30. 1974.
We have reviewed.the subject report and have no substantive, adverse' l
l comments. -The section-on construction activities was determined to l
be adequate. However,Lsome of.the quality assurance qualifications (included as attachments t6 the subject report) are considered to be L
marginally e.dequate, ~due to their brevity and/or lack of pertinent l
detail. : Subsequent' observations and ' discussions at the site, l-relative.to some'of the QA/QC personnel identified as being assigned f.ull time at'the site, indicated that their qualifications were adequate for the activities in which they were involved.
