After referring to memoranda and -orders of the Appeal-Board.in this r---_

June 28, 1973) and the report to be f urnished to the Board cor.:erning

a. full-field inspection which has been conducted by the Regulatory staff, the letter, requests described classes of information 'and documents purportedly relating to the inspection.

The letter suggests (p. 4) L that it may be treated "as _ a request :for discovery _ pursuant,to 10 C.F.R.- Part 2."

However, dis-covery is neither appropriatef nor available in the present context

- or. at this. stage of 'the proceeding.
