Dear Mr. Frye:
On January 9, 1978, the Special Board in the above-captioned matter ruled that Milton V.
Freeman and Rosalind C.
Cohen wou_ld be permitted to enter a special appearance
'on behalf of Myron M.
Cherry.
At that time, it was agreed that Mr. Freeman would be served copies of papers filed.by.
the parties in the proceedtng.
1 As I mentioned to you, the Board's order of December 19, 1977, had not been served on Mr. Freeman.
We would appreciate it if'you would make any necessary arrangements to ensure that counsel.for Mr. Cherry are promptly apprised of any future orders issued by the Special Board.
