Inspection Summary
Meeting on January 21, 1980 (Report Nos. 50-546/80-05; 50-547/80-05)
Areas Inspected: This was a special announced meeting to discuss the
development of the licensee's response to the " Order Conforming Suspension
of Construction" dated August 15, 1979, in the form of the Marble Hill
Construction Verification Program. This meeting involved a total of 12
inspector-hours at the RIII office by four NRC inspectors.
Results: No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Meeting
The meeting was initiated by PSI to present their revised Construction
Verification Program in response to the first issue identified in the
NRC " Order Confirming Suspension of Construction Construction", dated
August 15, 1979.
These discussions focused on the PSI draf t, procedures, and scope of
the Construction Verification Program.
Further meetings with NRC to discuss the lirensee's progress regarding
the issues identified the August 15, 1979 erder are planned.
