Vissing Status: See enclosure By letter of February 28, 1980, AP&L provided information on the design of a fire barrier to be installed in the one location where cables from redundant safe shutdown divisions come in proximity to each other in the cable spreading room. (Item 3.6 from our SER - NUREG 0223.) We have reviewed this information and find that the proposed design will provide the protection intended in our SER. Accordingly, we find the proposed design acceptable.
