'Ed"'dd g-Appendix 3 of the Unit 2 Technical Sp'ecificaticus, p'aragraph 5 3.1.b, requires that an environmental review of proposed changes to Appendix 3 he conducted under the directics of the M-GQA or by the RStJI sectics.
!= GCH h618 (10/9/78), the M-GQA statet that the GEC-2 charter (GP 0019)
- muld be revised to reflect the current practice of the GEC-2 conducting this review.
Contrary to the above, neither GP 0019 ser a=y other Tech. Spec. i=ple=enti:6 proce:iure menticus conducting this reviev.
Disposition:
The M-GQA shall revise GP 0019 in accordance with his statement in GSM 4618. Since he is the GRC-2'Chai::an, the reviev vould be conducted under his direction.
