Dear Ms. Palmer:
This is in response to your letter dated September 19, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the NRC Degraded Core Rulemaking distribution list.
When Linda Robinson informed Marsha Adolafia of your organization by telephone on September 30, 1980, that we could provide a set of mailing Tabels of the distribution list at a cost of $44.20, Ms. Adolafia requested that we supply the labels.
A set of the labels is enclosed. Where a label contained the name and address of an individual, we removed the label from the set of labels, consistent with the decision set forth in Wine llobby USA, Inc. v. IRS, 502 F.2d 133 (3d Cir. 1974).
P. lease send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $44.20, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
