This is in reply to your letter dated September 10, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to and the opportunity to copy 14 listed documents which you specifically identified.
- We note that none of the documents you identified were originated in the NRC. They appear to be documents-which have been previously identified and released to the public by other federal agencies and the IAEA.
For example, documents one and two may be available from the Department of Energy (D0E); documents three, four, six, and nine may be available from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); documents three and five may be available from the Department of Commerce; documents one, seven, eight, nine, and 14 may be available from the Department of Defense
,(D00); documents ten, 11 and 12 may be available from the National Technical Information Service (NTIS); and document 13 may be available from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
