Gentlemen:
In response to a telephone communication between Mr. J. McMillen of your office and Mr. L. W.
Kelley of DPC's La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor on August 29, 1980, this is to inform you that personnel in training for an NRC license are enrolled in the approved Operator-Senior Operator Requalification Program.
As such, they are trained to the requirements of Reference 1.
