In our letter of August 26, 1980 we requested an extension of time for our response to the subject bulletin. At that writing, GE promised that a schedule would be available September 5, 1980 to the various l

owners of approximately 30 units.

l We have been. informed by GE Nuclear Power System Division that their September 5, 1980 date will slip approxima~tely two weeks. Therefore, we request a change from September 12, 1980 to October 1, 1980 for I

submittal of Philadelphia Electric Company's time slot in the schedule for a response to IE Bulletin 80-16.
