Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 Fim Test Criteria for 4 Electrical Penetration Seals (File: 1510, 2040)
Gentlemen:
In our letter to you of June 19, 1980, we submitted for your review proposed fire test criteria for four (4) Unit 1 electrical penetration seals.
In this same letter, we requested your review of the proposed criteria be completed as soon as possible, and preferably prior to July 11,1980, so that these tests could be perfonned prior to October 1, 1980.
As we have received no written comments from the NRC to date, and since the lead time involved in preparing such tests are very long, it is now impossible for us to meet the October 1,1980, scheduled

completion date.
As specified in the SER, your review and approval of this test is requi red.
Our scheduled completion date must continue to slip until your approval is received.
We therefore again request your review of the subject fire test.
