[he purpose of this modification is to exercise the option to extend the period of performance J
'or another year and increase the total amount of the contract by $15,000.00.
CHANGES:
I.
Under PART II, Section G.1, add the following:
"The period of performance for the third year's effort shall begin on September 27, 1980 and end September 26, 1981."

.II.
Under PART II, Section G.2, delete the third paragraph its entirety and substituto the folewing in lieu thereof:
"If the Government exercises such option, the total duration of this contract, including the exercise of this option, shall not exceed three years."
Ill.
Under PART II, Section J.2, delete J.2.1 in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof; I
"The Commission shall pay the State a fixed sum of $34,000.00 for the three-year.
