Response to Inspection Report No. 50-309/80-08 This letter is written in response to Reference (b) which indicated that certain security related activities were not conducted in full compliance with Nuclear Regulatory requirements, and the approved Maine Yankee Security Plan. The alleged items of noncompliance were noted during an inspection conducted on May 19-22, 1980 at Maine Yankee.
The enclosed information is submitted in answer to the alleged items of non-compliance and is considered proprietary in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790. Public disclosure of this material should be withheld.
