Woula you please sign and return the copyright release form below for the article "A-Plant Involved in Probe of Thyroid Ills" from the February 21, 1980, edition of the Washington Post. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inadvertently printed a copy of the article in Volume 2 of its " Final Environmeatal Assessment for Decon-tamination of the Three Mile Island Unit 2 Reactor Building Atmosphere," a copy of whicn is enclosed.
The article was sent to NRC by the TMI Legal Fund as an attach-ment to that organization's comments on NRC's draft Environmental Assessment.
The Final Environmental Assessment will be sold on a not-for-profit basis by the National Technical Information Service, a branch of the U.S. Department of Commerce, and oy the U.S. Superintendent of Documents.
Both of these agencies require that releases be obtained for copyrighted materials that appear in government reports they sell.
