The subj ect item was reported to your Mr. R. C. Stewart on April 21, 1980 as a potential 10CFR50.55(e) item. Following that telecon, LP&L received IE Bulletin No. 80-09 which addresses the same problem.
LP&L's respcase to the Potential Construction Deficiency //27 will be addressed by our response to IE Bulletin No. 80-09 The response to this bullet 1n will be completed by August 29, 1980.
