ASME SA-312, Type 304 Stainless Steel Pipe Clinton Power Station Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-461 and 50-462 Construction Permits No. CPPR-137 & CPPR-138 This is in response to your letter of April 7, 1980, whereby you forwarded for action the referenced IE Bulletin No.79-03A.
The following items answer the specific requirements of IE Bulletin No.79-03A for the Clinton Power Station:
1.
No SA-312 or A-312, Type 300 Series fusion welded pipe is planned for use in safety-related systems subject to design stresses greater than 85 percent of the code allowable stresses at the Clinton Power Station.
2.
-Not applicable.
3.
Ends are no longer accessible, therefore, this does not apply.
