NRC STAFF MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF DECISION The NRC Staff respectfully moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board to issue its Decision in the above t:aptioned antitrust proceeding.
Final briefs were filed before the Appeal Board in this contested matter on April 14, 1978. Oral Argument was held on March 8,1979. The Staff believes that in the interest of orderly resolution of this proceeding, which has been pending for approximately eighteen months, the Appeal Board's Decision should now be issued. Accordingly, the Staff respectfully requests the issuance of such Decision at the Appeal Board's earliest convenience.
