PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLMiT Docket Nos. 50-282 and 50-306 Further response to IE Bulletin No. 80-08 was requested by our Senior Resi-dent Inspector. An item-by-item response follows:

1.

This facility does have containment penetration connections of the type described.

2.

The facility was built to ANSI Standard B31.1,1967.

The attached Summary Report contains the data requested.

3.

Two Unit I butt welds with backing rings ware not radiographed.

These are welds No. 14 and No. 8 on penetration 7A.

These welds will be radiographed at the refueling outage scheduled for September 1980.
