October 27, 1980 ORDER ACCEPTING FOURTH STIPULATION REGARDING CERTAIN SUFFOLK COUNTY CONTENTIONS On October 10, 1980, (supplemented on October 13) the Applicant submitted the fourth stipulation concerning certain Suffolk County contentions.
The stipulation was signed by the Applicant, the NRC Staff and the county.
The Board accepts the stipulation and commends the parties for their continuing efforts to resolve differences and to sharpen the issues.
