Dear Mr. Engelken:
This is in response to your letters dated July 31, 1 30 and August 15, 1980 which transmitted I.E.
Bulletins Nos. 80-19 and 80-19 Revision 1 con-corning use of mercury-wetted relays in the reactor protection system.
A review has been performed and there are none of the above-mentioned relays in the reactor protection system at Humboldt Bay Power Plant.
It is estimated that approximately 3 :.. e hours have been expended to revic, and respond to the subject bulletin.
