PORTLAND ' GENERAL ' ELE CTRI C COMPANY, 'ET ' AL NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued knendment No. 49 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1, issued to Portland General Electric Company, the City of Eugene, Oregon, and Pacific Power and Light Company, (the licensee), which revised the license for operation of the Trojan Nuclear Plant (the facility), located in Columbia County, Gre gon.
The amendment is effective as of the date of issuance and is to be fully implemented within 30 days of Commission approval in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.40(b).
The amendment revises license condition 2.0. to include the Commission-approved Safeguards Contingency Plan as a part of the Physii:al Security Plan.
The licensee's filing complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules anc regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, nic" are set forth in the license amendment.
Prior public notice of the amencment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant re a-ds consideration.
Tne Commission has determined that the issuance of this. amendment will net-
