1 Enclosed is an advance copy of the new Part 72 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations. As noted in my letter to the Board dated September 25, 1980, the ifcensing renewal proceeding for the GE Morris Operation is to proceed pursuant to Part 72.
The Staff now anticipates publication of this regulation in early November 1980, with an effective date 15 days thereafter.
