Enclosed for your information are the specific sections in Chapter 0123 of the NRC flanual referred to in footnote 1 of my October 27, 1980 letter to Ms. C. Jean Bishop which were extant on the date the subject Federal Register notice was issued in this matter.
Chapter 0123 was revised on May 23, 1980 to reflect a then recent reorganization of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
As relevant to the substance of my October 27 letter, the Director, Division of Licensing, has acceded to the authorities delegated to the Director of the former Division of Project Management.
