In response to your request, I asked that the Chief of the NRC Local Public Document Room (LPDR) Branch arrange to have a copy of the April 30, 1980 prehearing conference transcript placed in the " mini-LPDB" at the library of the University of Texas-Arlington (UTA). On October 20, 1980, a copy of this transcript was transmitted to the UTA library (see enclosed copy of letter).
