This letter is written to document.my agreement in the telephone con-
.versation with Glen Madsen and Bill Miller on September 17, 1980 to perform the surveillance procedure to monitor residue water on the SDV
_on a shift basis.
Our letter dated September 11, 1980 indicated that we considered a daily' test adequate.
However, rather than shutting down the-station or receiving an additional order, we started the test on a once per shift basis effective the 4-12 shift on September 18.
