Areas Discussed: A meeting was held to verify the corrective and preventivt I
actions in response to the previous report.
The meeting involved four (4) inspector. hours in the regional office by one.NRC inspector.
Results: No deviations or. unresolved item were identified.

a.
Certification of the Target Rock valves has been obtained.
The Certificate of Compliance has been changed to allow use of both revision H and J of the Target Rock drawing. Approval is coming

forthwith as revision 10 of Certificate of Compliance 9001.
b.
Certification of the globe valves to have been weld inaccordance with the Code has been obtained.
The valves data package has been re-vised to include certifications and identification of the parts to theif certifications.
c.
Certification have been obtained on heat numbers in question.
Out of specification results were approved on waivers.

The qualification records have been found for the stamp in question.
The assignment of.the stamp in question to more than one inspector has been documented clearer than before.
e.
Engineering memos have been :added to the files which demonstrate l
approval of the nonconforming condition, repair, and acceptance of i
the: inner shell materials.
f.
An engineering memo has been added to the files whicn approve the material change of the inner shell.
2.
(Closed) Deviation (Report No. 80-01): Hydrostatic testing was not per-formed properly. The cask in question has been properly hydrostatisti-cally tested and the result documented in the files.
3.
(Closed)LUnresolved Item (Report No. 80-01) the SAR's conflict on safety significance of items.
This item has been resolved by the Transportation Certification Branch.
The ' resolution is to delete the SAR's quality program.
This newer program also address the necessary preventive actions

in response to the. inspection.
The deletion has been in revision 10 of-the Certificate of Compliance 9001.
