However, manpover li=itations resulting frem our verk on Electrical Iquipment 0,ualifications have prevented us frcm developing detailed cec =ents by the dates requested. This manpover limitation will continue for the next two months.

We, therefore, do not expect to provide responses to the referenced letters before early December, but vill transmit prior to December 31, 1980.
