On behalf of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and the Los Angeles Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) and pursuant to 10 CFR 2.1205 and 2.1211, I wish-to request an opportunity for a representative of NRDC to appear at the
" Limited Appearance Session" and present an oral argument at the "Prehearing conference" on the above-referenced matter to be held on September 28 and 29, 1989 as stated in your Memorandum and Order-dated September 1, 1989.
NRDC and PSR would like to be considered:for inclusion as parties in the proceeding regarding the reissuance of the materi'als handling license for the Santa Susanna Field Laboratory in California..NRDC and PSR will be represented by myself and/or Ms. Mary Nichols from our Los Angeles-office.
