All VP directives requiring NRC-concurrence.shouid be provided to both Paul Lohaus in NRC Headquarters in Washington, DC as well as to Ramon Hall of the URF0 Denver, Colorado regional'_ office. Your Novesber 20, 1989 transmittal incorrectly designated Giorgio Gnugnoli as the primary l

addressee. Please make this correction in your records, your staff's-L records, the TAC records, the RAC records and all other DOE-contractor and subcontractor records. Your pink original " Transmittal of Documents"

- form was properly transmitted with Paul Lohaus'- copy.
