PROPOSED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT WITH MARTIN MARIETTA ENERGY SYSTEMS As follow-up to Don Kasun's November 27, 1989, letter to Howard Arnold, President of Louisiana Energy Services (LES), about the proposed technical assistance contract with Martin Marietta Energy Systems, I contacted Dr. Arnold and Peter LeRoy of LES, and Lois Telford contacted Mr. Lumley, First Secretary at the British Embassy. These contacts were made to determine that there was satisfactory response to the letter. All of the persons contacted understood the purpose of the letter, and they had no adverse reaction to it.
