01 REPORT 4-87-011, RE: ANO l
The above captioned 01 report involves reporting false as-found leak rate values in the Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) report.
Because of the nature of the report's conclusions, I am requesting OGC to analyze the report to 4
determine if there is sufficient evidence to support enforcement action against Arkansas Power and Light. OE will arrange a conference with NRR, OGC, and Region IV regarding development of an enforc.ement action within three weeks of the date of this memorandum.
